Our proprietor Kumar has had a successful background in sales and marketing food and beverages, and is passionate about food. He is ably supported by his wife Vimla who is an excellent cook, and a fountain of knowledge when it comes to filling the gaps between the recipe in the book and real world cooking! Their son Anuraag completes the team. Anuraag is a business studies graduate from UTS Sydney and has spent the last decade servicing the Indian restaurant and grocery sector across Sydney as a Business Development Manager. If you need something unfamiliar or exotic for that special meal, Anuraag knows where to find it.

We also have readymade curries for those days where you don’t feel like cooking. All you need to do is “Heat and Eat”. Our store also carries utensils for cooking and serving if you wish to enhance your experience.
